Two gentlemen
from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland, known as The Two Patricks, bring
us many, many reported private revelations from Our Divine Lord and Our
Blessed Lady and in them they highlight need to return to God through Prayer
and Repentance, the evils within our own Church, the way that some of our
Priests have lost their love of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and that
some even no longer believe in the Mystery and Truth of Transubstantiation
- the changing of Bread and Wine into the True Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity
of Our Lord Jesus Christ at the Consecration of the Mass.
They tell of Priests and Bishops who speak words that are against the Teachings of the Catholic Church and of their use of 'Inclusive Language', and interpretations in Scriptural translations which alters and changes the Word of God. Their sharings are powerful words warning Priests who are leading His sheep away from Him instead of towards Him. As with all reported Private Revelation the Church sets a criteria to authenticate or repudiate and is ever cautious in its approach, often taking many years to complete an investigation. (See our discussion on Private Revelations Explained) Below is a potted history of these two gentlemen and links to the Messages of Love they claim are coming from Our Divine Lord. You must draw your own conclusions with the help of the Holy Spirit to guide you in Wisdom. The Two Patricks are Patrick O'Kane and Patrick Rushe, both from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland. In 1985 Patrick Rushe began to experience what he can only term as 'mystical' experiences. Around about the same time Patrick O'Kane began to experience something similar. Neither man knew the other existed, living at a distance from each other and being pre-occupied with their own working lives and families. The Lord works in mysterious ways His wonders to behold and He brought them both together. For almost 19 years they have 'followed His ways', 'listened to His words' and 'carrying His Messages to the world. During prayer on Christmas Eve of 1993 Jesus asked them to "Procure Me a House". This caused them both great anxiety, mainly because of the reaction from the local Parish Priest. Several times Patrick Rushe asked the Lord for confirmation through His Scriptures and each time he opened a page which read "My House shall be called a House of Prayer". They asked friends and family to keep an eye out for a property and they began their own search. On Monday Feb 1st 1994 a parcel arrived to Patrick O'Kane containing a £1,000 annonymous donation. This was to be the start of another of their amazing journeys with The Lord. A 3-storey house that had lain empty for over a year and a half was suggested and proved to be the right place, both men 'feeling' it the minute they went to view. The Lord had already prepared the path for them as the house was in good repair. Furniture and necessary items poured in by donation. Over the years the house has had a new extension added to allow for visitor accommodation. They have a beautiful Chapel and the Parish Priest assigned them a Chaplain, allowing Mass to be said in the House at times. Visitors stay whenever they want to, for as long as they want to, and at whatever they can afford to donate to the House. One of the missions worked from the House is a 'Soup Centre'. There are two nightclubs right behind the House and Jesus asked that coffee and soup be available to the youngsters after their night's entertainment. By taking the kids off the streets, sobering them up a bit with coffee, soup and bread, these youngsters go home safe and sound without much trouble. They come from across the religious divides and the respect that most of them have for the House is unbelievable. If a freind curses or causes a bit of trouble in the House, the others will stop it stating 'do you not realise where you are?'. Drugs are part of the scene there too so the graces from this 'service' will certainly reap fine rewards. The Two Patricks have been instrumental in opening several Houses of Prayer in the UK and from the London ones the Servants of the Houses go out into the streets at night armed with hot drinks, blankets and warm clothes for the homeless. Recently Jesus asked them to find a property in Garabandal, Northern Spain and they are in the process of refurbishing an old house with sheds and barns into a 12 bedroomed House of Prayer called 'Solitude". Money for all this work has miraculously arrived when most needed. Now, in early 2003, the Two Patricks are being led to bring the Messages of Love out into the wider world. Jesus wants His Words heard both near and far afield. We have to listen, we have to change, we have to spread the Word. The battle between good and evil is so obvious these days and there seems to be an urgency on both sides - the gloves are off! Let each one tell his own story: Patrick Rushe Patrick O'Kane As I have just got to know
about The Two Patricks there are only a few Messages
