Pray
before the Cross:
"Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Father, send now Your Spirit over the earth. Let the Holy Spirit live in the hearts of all nations, that they may be preserved from degeneration, disaster and war. May the Lady of All Nations, who once was Mary, be our Advocate. Amen.” The Prayer in other languages, please pass this page on to others: http://www.laudate.org/en/prayer/prayer.htm The Dogma of Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate The dogma of Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate holds a central place in the messages of the Lady of All Nations. It is unique that Mary herself, as the Lady, the Mother of All Nations, speaks openly to the nations about the preparation for the final Marian dogma, its meaning, and the great need for it. Her prayer and image are the definitive preparation for her dogma, for she herself says that her image “is the interpretation and illustration of the new dogma” (message 44). In many messages the Lady speaks about this dogma, showing how intimately she is linked to the work of redemption. Chosen by God as the Handmaid of the Lord, she was predestined from the beginning to be the Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate of all nations. These three titles are closely connected and form one whole (message 43). They reflect the fullness of her participation in the redemptive work and sacrifice of her Son. For Christ received His body from her (message 34), and, by suffering with her Son both spiritually and physically, she is united with the sacrifice for the redemption of humanity (message 30). To her as mother, humanity was entrusted (message 35). She is Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate not only because she is the Mother of the Lord, but also because she is the Immaculate Conception. Conceived without sin, she was chosen by the Holy Spirit and became His Bride. She was made fruitful by the Holy Spirit, thus becoming the Mother of God the Son (message 49). She remained with her Apostles upon whom the Holy Spirit was to descend, and now as well she wants to bring the Holy Spirit upon all nations (message 50). United with her Son, she will crush the snake’s head with her foot, fulfilling the prophecy of Genesis (message 51). Mary, the Lady, speaks extensively to theologians, explaining the meaning of the dogma she requests, and encouraging them to work for it. The Pope and the Church are expressly asked to proclaim this dogma as the keystone of Marian doctrine. In a special message for the Holy Father, the Lady asks him to teach all peoples to pray this prayer. She says, “Now the moment has come for you to speak of Mary as Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate, under the title ‘Lady of All Nations’” (message 50). The first and greatest commandment In many message the Lady speaks to the Church and to all Christians. Time and again she stresses the importance of the great commandment: Love. Thus she says, “The first and greatest commandment for humanity is Love. One who possesses love will honor one’s Lord and Master in His creation, that is to say, see the greatness of His creation, including the Sacrifice. One who possesses love will do unto others all which one would want done unto oneself. Love is the first and the greatest commandment which Christ gave” (message 35). The Lady admonishes Christians,
telling them to be broadminded and openhearted: she continually calls for
unity. Love alone can help this shattered world.
