I have a 14 yr old friend who was pregnant. She was 6 weeks pregnant of her second cousin Franklin. She want to her baby to be born but her mother want her to have an abortion done. At first she didn't tell me. I was in school and she didn't attend school that day. I was worried and called her house. I told her to meet me in the park. We saw each other and she told me and my two month pregnant sister. I told her to decide. I told her this desicion will affect her for the rest of her life. The next day I went to school and she didn't attend again. I was really worried because I didn't want her to lose the baby. After school I called her house and she was crying I ask her what has she done. She told me once again to meet her in the park. She was crying and very pale. She told me that the baby wasn't going to see the light of daytime. I said what did you do. She told me that her mother told her to abort her baby. I asked her if she wanted to have her baby aborted. She said she loved her baby. She always cries remembering her baby. It has been five months since she has had an abortion. My friend feels really guilty because she sees my sister with her belly and wish she had her baby. My sister is 6 1/2 months pregnant and so would my friend be pregnant. My friedn's advice to teenagers who get pregnant is if you and your parnter have sex and the girl gets pregnant take the responsibilty and be really really happy. Never let your parents have influence over your body. She regets having an abortion she wishes god could give her another chance to be a mother once again. |
